Cristiano Ronaldo and wife proud as Cristiano Jr wins trophy with Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo Jr has showed that he’s a chip off the old block by guiding his team to the league title.

The youngster currently plays for Al Nassr Under-13s and has played a key role in helping them to the Saudi U13 Premier League title.

In fact, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr was the captain for the team’s triumph to prove that he’s every bit as influential as his world-beating dad.

The 13-year-old has enjoyed a football upbringing like no other with his father among the greatest players of all time.

But Ronaldo Jr has learned from the best on the world, having been a part of the Real Madrid, Juventus and Manchester United youth academies before joining the Al Nassr set-up in October 2023 following his dad’s lucrative move to Saudi Arabia.

Cynics might say that he is simply using his father’s name to open doors for him, but judging by this achievement it’s clear that he has plenty to offer in his own right.

After missing out on the Saudi Pro League title in his first campaign, the 39-year-old could finish second once again with Al-Nassr nine points behind Al Hilal in the league table.

Reposting a post from Al Nassr, Ronaldo Sr shared his congratulations to his son and his teammates, writing: “Congrats team,” with a fist and trophy emoji.

Ronaldo’s girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez also shared a post on her Instagram story which said: “Mini The Best,” with five hearts and a crown emoji.

Ronaldo Jr’s achievements may well put pressure on his father as he looks to claim a league title of his own, especially after Rodriguez’s revelation of a potential retirement.
With just 12 games remaining, it will take something quite spectacular for Ronaldo to add a Saudi league title to his glittering trophy collection.
