Victor Boniface scored his 14th goal today to end the Bundesliga season in fine style as Bayer Leverkusen beat FC Augsburg 2-1 at home to finish unbeaten in the German league.
He scored an easy goal after just 12 minutes, when he was set up by a teammate, Amine Adli, who pressed the opposing goalkeeper.
In total, the Super Eagles striker scored 21 goals and provided nine assists in 33 appearances in his debut season.
He has already been voted Bundesliga Rookie of the Season and selected in the Bundesliga Team of the Season.
On Wednesday night, he will come face-to-face with fellow Super Eagles star Ademola Lookman in the final of the UEFA Europa League in Dublin.
