Sadio Mane Promises to Show Liverpool “No Mercy” When Bayern Munich Next Faces EPL Giants
Sadio Mane is already anticipating meeting his former team, Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League this new season. The Senegalese forward ended his 6-year relationship with the Reds to sign a 3-year deal worth £250,000-a-week with Bayern Munich.
Mane has promised to show no mercy to Liverpool whenever they meet Bayern Munich in this season’s UEFA Champions League competition.
The 30-year-old forward also boasted that Bayern Munich will defeat Jurgen Klopp’s team when both teams meet again in Europe’s elite club competition.
“If we’re going to meet again, of course as Bayern Munich we’d beat Liverpool.”
Mane has already won his first trophy with Bayern Munich as the Senegalese forward won the German Super Cup last weekend after Bundesliga champions triumphed 5-3 against RB Leipzig.

Meanwhile, Sadio Mane played a crucial role in helping Nigerian teenager, Daniel Francis secure his move to Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich this summer.
According to Goal, Mane had advised the 18-year-old Nigerian youth international to never stop dreaming when the teenager had met the Senegalese star earlier.
Daniel Francis becomes the first Nigerian to be signed by the Germany elite division outfit after penning handed a 3-year contract that will keep him at Allianz Arena until 2025.
